FOCUS ON:

STEAMMECHS: A TONY SALVAGGIO CREATION (2003)

Brand new 3D animations for my in-the-works Steampunk series-- Victorian giant robots a la Sakura Wars meets League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.

My role: Designed, modeled, textured, animated a growing set of characters.

HIGHLIGHT ANIMATIONS:

(Note: Big files-- works best if you "save target as" and play in media player.)

The boss villain mech has a hip-mounted Gatling gun and a mace on its forearm-- see the gun in action here.   Your standard Steammech has the capacity to spin completely around while maintaining forward motion, as shown here.   The generic steammech spins as it punches-- note the centrifugal force at work.

Boss mech running full bore. The evil fire-eyed mech walking with his flame-throwers at the ready. Boss mech walking.

Generic mech punching.
